February Virtual Training: Construction Project Management

Managing construction projects can be challenging for townships that do not often undertake such projects and have limited staff time available. This training is crafted specifically for township governments and will walk you through what to expect during a project and what your township would need to be aware of to successfully manage a construction project.

Pete Faberbock, a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Joel Drabicki, a Senior Engineer with 18 years of experience in engineering for Municipal Government, will present. Mr. Drabicki works for Robinson Engineering, a firm with extensive municipal experience.
