2025 Township Symposium, Presented by the Office of the IL State Treasurer

Registration is now open for the 2025 Township Symposium, Presented by the Office of the Illinois State Treasurer. The Symposium is hosted by Metropolitan Township Association (MTA) and Township Officials of Cook County (TOCC) is co-sponsoring this event.

The Township Symposium will take place on Thursday, October 9 at the Chicago Marriott Naperville. The Keynote Speaker will be State Senator Adriane Johnson, Chair of the Senate Local Government Committee.

Tickets are $50 for MTA or TOCC Members and $60 for Non-Members. Tables of 10 are available for the first time this year at a discounted rate of $450 per table for MTA/ TOCC Members. Tickets and tables can be purchased online here.

Here is the itinerary for the evening:

4:30 PM: Registration
5:00 PM: Breakout Session 1
6:00 PM: Breakout Session 2
6:50 PM: Break and Cash Bar
7:15 PM: Dinner and Keynote

• Township Budgets and Levies
• Panel on Township Legal Issues
